3. further functions and offers of our website

3.1 In addition to the purely informational use of our website, we offer various services which you can use if you are interested. To do so, you will generally have to provide additional personal data which we use to provide the respective service and to which the aforementioned data processing principles apply.
3.2 Contact form and e-mail contact
On our website we have a form for you to get in contact with us. The data entered here in the form will be transmitted to us and saved when you send the message. The transmission is SSL-encoded. We ask for your name, your e-mail address and your request in an input mask. In addition to your IP address, the time of sending is also saved. In the course of the sending process, we obtain your consent and refer to this data protection declaration. Alternatively, it is possible to contact us via an e-mail address provided by us. In this case, the personal data transmitted by you with the e-mail will be stored. When you contact us, the data you provide will be processed by us solely for the purpose of processing your contact. In connection with this data processing, the data will not be passed on to third parties. The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO in case of using our contact form. If you send us an e-mail, the legal basis for processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. If the purpose of the contact is the conclusion of a contract, the additional legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO. We delete the data arising in this context when it is no longer necessary for the achievement of the purpose. This is the case for the personal data from the input mask of the contact form and those sent by you by e-mail when the respective conversation is finished. The conversation ends when it is clear from the circumstances that the matter in question has been conclusively clarified. You have the possibility to revoke your consent to data processing at any time. If you have contacted us by e-mail, you can object to your personal data being stored. You can send your revocation or objection to Wind Club e.V. represented by the board member Alexandra Carls, Office Büro c/o Krause, Mozartstr. 19, 80336 Munich, Germany, vorstand@wind-club.de (see also our imprint). Please note that in such a case the conversation cannot be continued and must be terminated. We will then delete the data transmitted and stored in the course of the contact.

3.3 Newsletter
On our website we offer you the possibility to subscribe to a free newsletter. With this we would like to inform you about our current interesting offers. The data will be entered into the mask and transmitted to us and stored. The data will not be passed on to third parties and will only be used to send the newsletter. During the registration process we only ask for your e-mail address. The indication of further, separately marked data is voluntary and is used to address you personally. In addition to your IP address, the time of registration is also stored. Within the scope of the sending process, we obtain your consent and refer to this data protection declaration. For the registration to our newsletter we use the so-called double opt-in procedure. This means that after your registration, we will send you an e-mail to the e-mail address provided, in which we ask you to confirm that you wish to receive the newsletter. If you do not confirm your registration within 24 hours, your information will be blocked and automatically deleted after one month. The purpose of this procedure is to be able to prove your registration and, if necessary, to clear up any possible misuse of your personal data.
The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO. We delete the data as soon as they are no longer necessary for the purpose of their collection. Your e-mail address will therefore be stored for as long as your subscription to the newsletter is active. You can revoke your consent to the sending of the newsletter at any time and unsubscribe from the newsletter. You can revoke your consent by clicking on the link provided in each newsletter e-mail, by using this form on the website, by e-mail to Info@asso99.de or by sending a message to the contact details given in the imprint. For this evaluation, the e-mails sent contain so-called web beacons or tracking pixels, which represent one-pixel image files stored on our website. For the evaluations, we link the data mentioned in this paragraph and the web beacons with your e-mail address and an individual ID. Links received in the newsletter also contain this ID. We use the data thus obtained to create a user profile in order to tailor the newsletter to your individual interests. In doing so, we record when you read our newsletters, which links you click on and deduce your personal interests. We link this data to actions you take on our website. You can object to this tracking at any time by clicking on the separate link provided in each e-mail or by informing us via another contact channel. The information is stored as long as you have subscribed to the newsletter. After you have unsubscribed, we store the data purely statistically and anonymously. Such tracking is also not possible if you have deactivated the display of images in your e-mail program by default. In this case the newsletter will not be displayed completely and you may not be able to use all functions. If you display the images manually, the above-mentioned tracking will take place.

3.4 In some cases we use external service providers to process your data. These have been carefully selected and commissioned by us, are bound by our instructions and are checked regularly. Furthermore, we may pass on your personal data to third parties if we offer participation in promotions, competitions, conclusion of contracts or similar services together with partners. You will receive more detailed information on this when you provide your personal data or below in the description of the offer. If our service providers or partners are based in a country outside the European Union, we will inform you about the consequences of this in the description of the offer.

Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on the website activities and to provide further services to the website operator in connection with the use of the website and the Internet.

4.2 The legal basis for the use of Google Analytics is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f DSGVO.

4.3 The IP address transmitted by your browser within the framework of Google Analytics is not merged with other data from Google.

4.4 You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. You can also prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) to Google and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.

4.5 This website uses Google Analytics with the extension "_anonymizeI". This means that IP addresses are further processed in a shortened form, thus excluding the possibility of personal references. If the data collected about you contains a personal reference, this is immediately excluded and the personal data is immediately deleted.

4.6 We use Google Analytics to analyse and regularly improve the use of our website. We can use the statistics obtained to improve our offer and make it more interesting for you as a user. In addition, the data mentioned under point 3 of this declaration will be transmitted.
